Section 02
Services
Paul Hanley Photography provides professional sports photography services including event coverage, race photography and editorial photography. Service details, pricing and deliverables are agreed in writing prior to each booking.
Section 03
Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of written agreement and any deposit where applicable. Payment terms are agreed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.

Copyright & Usage
All photographs taken by Paul Hanley Photography remain the intellectual property of Paul Hanley Photography. Purchasing or licensing images does not transfer copyright ownership. Images may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written consent, unless a licence has been agreed.
Section 05
Cancellations
Cancellation terms are agreed at the time of booking. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee. We will always endeavour to find a mutually acceptable solution.
Section 06
Limitation of Liability
We take every effort to deliver high-quality photography. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from technical failure, adverse weather or circumstances beyond our control.
